*If you need your portrait sent via mail, your portrait will be sent in a photo mailer with padding to assure there is no damage to your portrait.
You ordered your portrait, now what?:
Once you've ordered your pet portrait, email me at facesbyoliviaart@gmail.com with reference photos of your pet for the portrait! Let me know if there are any specifics I should know, (ex. you want the collar to be blue or you want me to use a photo with the tongue out etc).
If you have a preference on the background colour, let me know that too!
Please send clear and high quality photos if possible, you can send more than one for me to pick from.
The more clear and detailed your pet is in the reference photo, the better/more real to life I can make your portrait! Natural light and a head on portrait is usually best but send what you can!
